If you wish to return a product, please email us at returns@dustinshadoe.com explaining why you are unsatisfied with your purchase. We will get back to you with an address you can send the product to; you as the shipper are responsible for any postage fees incurred during this process. Products must be received in good, clean condition. Upon receival of the product, we will either refund or replace the product at our cost, based on the previously reached agreement. If you wish to replace the product, you must select another product of equal or lesser value. We will NOT provide the difference of any products equaling a lesser value in any monetary form. If you wish to receive a refund, you must be able to provide a PayPal address to which the money may be refunded to. We will not send out cheques or money orders. You will be refunded the amount of the original purchase including shipping.

Items are shipped 1 - 2 business days after payment. If this is not possible for whatever reason, you will be contacted beforehand. Items are not shipped until payment clears. Items are shipped out of Mississauga (Toronto) Ontario in Canada. Currently, we offer flat rate shipping using Canada Post. Shipping is offered to the following countries: Canada, USA, Mexico and all countries within Europe. Shipping within Canada is $4.00, within the United States is $6.00, and within Mexico or Europe is $10.00. All prices are in Canadian dollars, and apply only to 1 shirt orders. Additional shirts are an extra $2 each, up to orders of 4 shirts, after which additional shirts are shipped free of charge - applicable to Canada and the United States only, unless otherwise stated. Flat rate shipments within Canada are sent as lettermail, and unfortunately do not come with tracking information. Shipments to all other destinations do come with tracking information. Our flat rate shipping applies to Canada Post's basic shipping only. If you require faster delivery, please contact us to discuss costs to your specific destination. If there are problems with shipping, they will be handled accordingly to the customer's satisfaction.

Simply put, we will never share any information we happen to collect from you with anyone. Any information that is collected from our customers is used strictly in the ordering and delivery process to ensure they get the product they want.
