Based out of Toronto, Canada, Dustin Shadoe is a homegrown business that emphasizes in clothing. Beginning with simple t-shirts, there is no set path in mind for this venture. The idea is for it to evolve freely, with only simple principles governing it’s course; honesty, transparency and good intent. The goal is to encourage and provoke creativity and learning wherever possible - feelgood practice when it feels like so many are doing just the opposite!

Q: What type of shirts do you use?
A: Currently, we are using Alstyle's model 1301 and 5301 t-shirts.

Q: What is the sizing of your shirts?
A: Body widths are as follows: Small = 18", Medium = 20", Large = 22" and X-Large = 24".

Q: How are your shirts designed and printed?
A: Design work is done in house, either starting as a hand-drawn sketch or being done entirely on computer. Currently, we screenprint using plastisol inks, though plan to experiment with other inks in the future.

Q: Do you sell girls clothing as well?
A: Currently, no - if you’re interested though, let us know! We likely will offer it in the future.

Q: I want a shirt in a certain size, but it's out of stock. What do I do?
A: We will try to keep stock of all our shirts, though reprints are done in order of priority. If there’s a particular shirt/size you’re interested in, let us know via the contact page.

Q: Can I sell your product in my store?

Q: Where are you based?
A: We are based out of Toronto, Ontario in Canada.

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: Currently, we offer shipping to Canada, the United States, Mexico and Europe. If you're outside of these areas and would like to purchase an item, please contact us and we can probably make something happen for you.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Within Canada is $4, within the United States is $6, and within Mexico or Europe is $10. These are flat rates for one shirt shipments, additional shirts are $1 additional each.

Q: What types of shipping do you offer?
A: We ship via Canada Post using their standard service for our flat rates. Please contact us if you require faster delivery.

Q: Do you provide tracking?
A: We are able to provide tracking on shipments going to the United States, Mexico or Europe. Unfortunately, we can't offer tracking within Canada with our standard shipping services. Canada Post charges quite a bit more for this feature within Canada strangely enough, an additional $7.50 to register the shipment. Please let us know if you require tracking and we can arrange it.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Currently, we process all payments through PayPal. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as PayPal accounts. You do NOT have to have a PayPal account to purchase our shirts!
